About

I’m Frederic Menke, founder of Altitude Assurance. I began my aviation career in 2018 at an EASA Approved Training Organisation and started working in compliance monitoring that same year. Today, I serve as Compliance Monitoring and Safety Manager across four organisations: an AOC holder, a CAMO and two Part-145 maintenance organisations. My experience includes auditing and risk assessment, supported by IOSA Auditor training.

I founded Altitude Assurance because I believe these management functions should provide clear value. Too often, they are treated as positions to fill, while the information they generate never reaches the people who need it in a useful form.

My role is to bring that information together and give you a clear picture of your organisation: what works well, what needs improvement and where action is needed. Through straightforward advice and practical support, I help you use compliance and safety management to make informed decisions.
